Hi, I’m Kenny Kane.

I’m a mission-driven executive and founder with a passion for building high-integrity companies that challenge convention and deliver exceptional experiences. With more than 15 years of leadership experience across real estate, healthtech, and nonprofit sectors, I currently serve as the CEO of Firmspace, a premium flexible office space provider redefining professional work environments nationwide. I’m also a board member and CTO of Gryt Health, where I help bridge technology and advocacy to improve healthcare outcomes.

I serve as CEO of the Testicular Cancer Foundation, and previously, I co-founded Stupid Cancer, driving national awareness and support programs for young adults affected by cancer.

I believe in creating meaningful work that scales—and doing it with grit, empathy, and a bias for action.

  • At Firmspace, I have held multiple leadership roles over the years. As Chief Executive Officer since October 2022, I lead a distributed team and am responsible for ensuring the continuity of services for hundreds of members. My duties include managing accounts receivable and payable, HR and payroll, compliance, and legal/intellectual property matters. I also oversee national daily operations, including IT, AV, security, and cloud applications, and handle construction and facility management.

Prior to this, I served as Chief Operating Officer from July 2020 to September 2022, Vice President of Operations from September 2019 to June 2020, and Director of Operations from January 2018 to August 2019. My journey at Firmspace began with a contract role as a Technology and Operations Consultant from May 2017 to December 2017. In these roles, I developed expertise in construction and facility management, project management, IT strategy, digital strategy, and business management.

  • Since February 2016, I have served as a Co-Founder, Board Member, and Chief Technology Officer at Gryt Health. In my role as a board member, I offer strategic advice on technology, operations, and finance optimization, playing a key role in shaping the organization's direction and decision-making processes. My contributions focus on leveraging my skills in strategy, management, and business development to drive growth and ensure effective governance.

  • I oversee the national operations of TCF and am responsible for nonprofit governance and IRS compliance. My efforts have optimized the organization's digital presence and fundraising channels. Additionally, I have enhanced program offerings, including the annual summit for survivors and caregivers.
