Hi, I’m Kenny Kane.
I’m a mission-driven executive and founder with a passion for building high-integrity companies that challenge convention and deliver exceptional experiences.
With more than 15 years of leadership experience across real estate, healthtech, and nonprofit sectors, I currently serve as the CEO of Firmspace, a premium flexible office space provider redefining professional work environments nationwide. I’m also a board member and CTO of Gryt Health, where I help bridge technology and advocacy to improve healthcare outcomes.
I serve as CEO of the Testicular Cancer Foundation, and previously, I co-founded Stupid Cancer, driving national awareness and support programs for young adults affected by cancer.
I believe in creating meaningful work that scales—and doing it with grit, empathy, and a bias for action.

As Cofounder, Board Member, and Chief Technology Officer at Gryt Health, I provide leadership across technology, operations, and financial optimization. I oversee national operations at TCF and am responsible for governance, program development, compliance, and fundraising channels. I support staff and volunteers, strengthen digital platforms, and refine processes that improve organizational performance. My focus is on expanding awareness, reaching more families, and ensuring the nonprofit's long-term stability.

As a cofounder, I helped shape Stupid Cancer’s early infrastructure, programs, events, and national community-building efforts. My work included launching road trips, developing digital platforms, and creating systems that connected young adults affected by cancer. My focus was on building a grassroots culture that continues to define the organization today.

Let’s Connect!
Most nonprofits I talk to are stuck in one of two places with AI.
Either they're paralyzed, worried about misinformation, security, or just not knowing where to start. Or they're rushing in without guardrails, letting staff use whatever tool they found on LinkedIn, with no sense of what could go wrong.
Neither approach works.
The paralyzed organizations fall behind. The reckless ones create liability. And both groups miss what AI could actually do for them: amplify their mission without replacing the humans who make that mission real.
After working with AI across commercial real estate, health tech, and cancer advocacy for the past two years, I've found a framework that cuts through the chaos. It's called the 4D Framework for AI Fluency, developed by Professor Rick Dakan at Ringling College of Art and Design and Professor Joseph Feller at University College Cork.
